- Land boundaries, condition and definition
- Building type, quality, age, size and volume
- Fixtures, fittings, BB and services
- H & S Planning, H & S Risk Assessments and Fire Risk Assessment
- Other rights (access, light, covenants)
- The entire fee title interest including all air rights and subterranean rights
- All development rights
Schwoerer Haus Factory Visit
by Malcolm Randall on 26th April 2015At the end of November Build Consultants had a very interesting trip to Germany to visit the Schwoerer Haus production factory to see how these German kit houses are manufactured and to have a look around the show houses. Schwoerer Haus has been established for 75 years with around 1,400 employees. They have a very good reputation and appeared at Grand Designs Exhibitions which is where Malcolm Randall first met Theo who works for the company.
