Property in Devon:

Land with residential prospects, 1 to 2 acres, can include a barn for conversion into a 4 bedroom property.


Property in East Devon:

3,000+ sq ft Office and/or rural barn/warehouse, freehold or long leasehold.  Barns for conversion into residential use.  Redundant agricultural property with access and potential.


Property in Devon and Somerset:

Freehold business hub space, up to 5000sq ft, flexible working spaces.


Property in Bristol:

Land/property required, up to 1.5 acres with B1 and B2 class use.

Property in the South East of England:

Businesses with freehold property and development prospects are invited to share their potential projects with us to gain maximum value and/or planning consent.


Land up to half an acre in size with the prospect for residential for a 4 bedroom property.


Property in Kent:

Freehold site with B1 and B2 class use, 1 to 2 acres.

Property in Birmingham:

Freehold, commercial premises for conversion to residential use.
