We work with commercial vendors and the general public to realise land development opportunities in sectors such as commercial property, retail, industrial, agricultural and residential property markets.

Property in Devon:

Property in Cornwall:

conversion opportunity sought to create a 3 or 4 bed holiday home with parking and garden space.

 

Property in South Devon:

Newton Abbot / Kingsteignton area, 0.6 acre freehold site suitable for hardstanding with offices and welfare facilities.

 

Property in East Devon:

3,000+ sq ft Office and/or rural barn/warehouse, freehold or long leasehold.  Barns for conversion into residential use.  Redundant agricultural property with access and potential.

Property in the South East of England:
